Pet policy

We love furry friends and will welcome your dog free of charge. Weight (35lbs max) and breed restrictions apply. Do note that since Hawaii is a rabies-free island state, bringing pets over is a lengthy process. You can find out more about the requirements here.

Please also note our Chief Barketing Officer weimaraner called Will helps run the Volcano Eco Retreat, hence your pup needs to be well socialized and get on well with other dogs. For this reason we cannot accept cats, large dogs or guests with pet allergies. Mahalo for understanding.

The grounds, accommodations, food, and hosts were incredible. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll definitely be back.

It was the most peaceful, intimate, and relaxing stay. The two owners are possibly the most friendly people on the planet and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The breakfast was amazing, the bed was super comfy, and overall the service was unparalleled. Thanks Tony, Gaby, and Sushi (their adorable doggo) for a wonderful long weekend.
