Reservations require prepayment of one night as a deposit. The remaining balance is charged at check-in automatically using the credit card provided during booking. The deposit is only refundable if the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations the same day as check-in are treated as no show and will be charged the full amount.
Cancellation must be made by phone or email with confirmation from Volcano Retreat.
We allow one dog per bungalow at no additional charge. Dogs must be less than 25 pounds and breed restrictions do apply. Your dog must be well socialized with other dogs and people. We require a pet deposit of $100 which is refundable after check-out. Please email or call us for more information and for breed restrictions.
